On June 29th we travelled to Maryland to meet with Dr. Candotti at the NIH. Dr. Candotti has devoted his work to the study of Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome. J.P. had bloodwork done to test his immune levels. Since our immune systems do not fully develop until we are two years old, we are only able to gain a sense of how well J.P.'s in functioning. Based on the initial results, we are hopeful that everything is working as it should.
